Throughout his career, Ammit has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Indian Restaurant (Malaysia), Dubai World Trade Centre (U.A.E.), Lamana Hotels (Papua New Guinea), Concept Hospitality, and ITC WelcomHeritage Hotels. His efforts have focused on quality, operational excellence, and human resource management. Ammit has also played a key role in shaping the educational landscape by collaborating with institutions like FHRAI Institute of Hospitality Management and UEI Global, sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation of hospitality professionals.
