This strategic acquisition, combined with the success of SureStay Hotels in the economy and midscale segments, has positioned BWH Hotels as a comprehensive portfolio catering to every market segment from economy to luxury. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, BWH Hotels operates as an Association of Persons (AOP) representing the owners of over 2,600 BWH-branded hotels across North America.

BRAND FEES & COSTS ARE LOWER THAN OTHER MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CHAINS.

BWH Hotels stands out among other major international chains by offering markedly lower brand fees and operational expenses. As a not-for-profit organisation owned by the proprietors of BWH-branded hotels across North America, BWH Hotels implements a lean fee structure, slashing brand fees, system costs, and pass-through expenditures well below industry norms. Moreover, BWH Hotels prioritises adaptability in brand standards and design guidelines, ensuring tailored solutions that optimise development costs for its member hotels. Embracing cost-efficient technologies, BWH Hotels provides budget-friendly alternatives for Hotel PMS (Property Management Systems), effectively curbing technology expenses for its affiliates. Additionally, BWH Hotels minimises pass-through fees and provides economical options for installation, maintenance, and training on essential systems like PMS and Guest Satisfaction Surveys. Impressively, BWH Hotels mandates a modest $2.5 million coverage for General Public Liability Insurance, striking a balance between comprehensive protection and affordable premiums. Monthly STR reports are also provided to member hotels at no charge, further enhancing the cost-effectiveness and value proposition of BWH Hotels.
